My husband and I started Fresh Jewelry Company as a support to our first venture together, Ragamuffin Coffee House. Our hearts are to serve people and to convey creative beauty. We initially set out to do that through serving coffee in a little town in Illinois named St. Charles. Well, the coffee house is no more, due to city construction and it’s obstacles! But Fresh Jewelry Company survived the rubble and she is still rich, beautiful and full of character.

We’re still traveling to Mexico to select and design our fresh jewelry pieces, as in the beginning, and we’re still loving our customers! We have found, much to our surprise, that selling jewelry involves much the same kind of kindness and beauty that hanging out at the coffee bar did…except that we have extended our reach now into Mexico and into at least 26 of the United States, where our line is now sold at retail outlets. We have three children, two dogs, a warm and comfy house in a sweet town, and a real passion for our customers and our business.
